Java Jive is a limited-run letterpress poster that was designed and printed June of 2021 using a cut from a piece of what is called printer’s blanket. The words on the poster, printed in vintage lead type, read as follows: The spirit of the city groans, with sighs too deep for words.
This poster was printed as a fundraiser to help keep the legendary Bob’s Java Jive open for business.
